There were some QC issues with a few of the blinds we ordered for our home (no fault of Isensee). She kept me informed on the status of the "repairs", and was present at my home on each occasion of the installs / replacements. I might also add that the installers they used were first class as well. “My husband and I bought a Soniclean SFC-7000 vacuum in your store on 8-02-18. After using it for a month, we want you to know how happy we are with our purchase. We opted for the combo package with the handheld vac, and love both. The service began when I first visited your store to explore the possibility of replacing the carpeting in my home. The employee knew the products that are available and was willing to discuss the pros and cons of each of them. My second visit to the store was on a day that my original helper was not available, but another man assisted me and answered my questions. On my third visit both men were there.
