“My compliments to you and your staff on the exceptional service I received from your company. The service began when I first visited your store to explore the possibility of replacing the carpeting in my home. The employee knew the products that are available and was willing to discuss the pros and cons of each of them. My second visit to the store was on a day that my original helper was not available, but another man assisted me and answered my questions. On my third visit both men were there. I was confident either man would be able to assist me, but one said to the other, “You were first”. On Tuesday of this week the installation began. The installers did an excellent job of installing the carpeting throughout my home. They carefully moved the furniture and replaced it to the proper locations. They worked quietly and efficiently. They went the extra mile and also reconnected my televisions and computers as they finished the installation in each room. Thank you so very much for the pleasant experience you provided for me.”

We opted for the combo package with the handheld vac, and love both. There were some QC issues with a few of the blinds we ordered for our home (no fault of Isensee). The personalized service I received from Noel and Isensee as a whole to rectify the problems was stellar. She kept me informed on the status of the "repairs", and was present at my home on each occasion of the installs / replacements. I might also add that the installers they used were first class as well.
